Great, but I Haven't Seen Finals Week Yet – There are computers available all over the place. I am enrolled in the GSLIS program and the amount of computers I think is sufficient. I generally bring my own however. The computers in the tech lab can either be booted as a PC or a mac which is great that way you don't have a line up at one room or the other. The computers can get a little bogged down at times (reason for the A-) but each student is allowed a 50$ printing allowance per semester which has been great printing notes/articles for classes without wasting my own supplies. Plus side? Many of the printers will print both sides. You can also upload documents from your personal computer while on campus to print.
I have never had a problem getting a computer, at the library or the tech lab so I am assuming finals would be the only time it may get hairy. The school network is great and I have never had a problem connecting when I bring my own. All you need is your username and password that you use for the online services anyways. I like to bring my own solely for the flexibility to move around. I switch seating and atmosphere a lot. Sometimes I want to be in pure silence (second floor of the library) or around others (student center or outside).
I would recommend bringing your own computer if you tend towards last minute work. The labs and library can be open until 11 (again this may change for finals time not sure yet) but I have been known to be working on a paper at 2 am or later.
