Western PA weather is terrible in general, but SRU is part of the slow belt, and winter goes from October to April. The roads and sidewalks are rarely cleaned, and never salted/sanded, and the administration is pathologically against cancelling classes, even during snowmageddon. My friends and I have had several injuries thanks to the crappy weather.

Ghost Town

This place turns into a ghost town on most weekends and the town, while accepting of the school, is the smallest town ever. You might miss it if you blink your eye.
