I lived for my first two years in the dorms. It was clean, everyone was nice, the furniture provdided was adequate and there's usually dormhall or floor activities weekly. The dorms are all on campus and for the most part, you can walk anywhere on campus in about five to ten minutes.

Living on campus is pretty cool, because I've been able to meet people I probably would've never talked to before. My dorm is close to majority of my classes, I don't have to walk that far at all. I love the fact that the laundry is free! I think that's the advantage of SEMO's housing, because most schools make you pay for laundry, but here its included in tuition which makes the laundry FREE!!!

I love my suite! The newer dorms have bigger rooms.

I have never lived on campus, but from the people I know who have, they seem to like it. The niceness of the dorms ranges along with their price, but that is expected. Dearmont is the cheapest and oldest dorms that are not all that nice. There are varieties of dorm styles. Dining is located close to eat hall.

The school is considered a party school. If you aren't very social - you probably won't feel like you fit in. Everyone has a group though - there are all kinds of people on campus and for the most part everyone is really friendly.
