The resources are amazing! The only way i will fail is if i choose to. There are so many resources and people willing to help that there is no excuse for failure.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The school's tuition is comparable to other schools in the area, and all of the problems I have with financial aid stem from the government not the school so I can't give them a bad rating for that. The education is worth the tuition in my opinion, you are getting a lot of good education quickly so you don't have to waste your life away going to school. Sorry, I can't provide any tips for getting financial aid, I can't get any myself because my parent's make too much, but again, that's a problem with the government not my school.

I am a computer science major, emphasis in computer programming. I certainly enjoy the program, but there are very few students that seem interested in programming, there are perhaps 5 - 6 students in my program with my same emphasis at the campus I attend, so sometimes it is difficult for the teachers that teach programming to get a room to teach in. Still, we have teachers that have a lot of experience and have actually worked in the field, plus they give a lot of hands-on examples, which is really nice. Also, if you don't like your teacher, you only have to worry about them for 4 weeks and then the class is over.

It's great to have accelerated courses, but that can also mean that the courses aren't as in depth as courses at other colleges, I wish some of the more advanced classes in my program had been split up into two or even three 4 week modules, that way I could have learned more advanced features / techniques that I was wanting to learn. Scheduling classes or auditing classes that aren't in your program is pretty easy though, which is nice, if there is a class I want to take that I would not have taken in my program then I can simply audit the class, that allows me to sit in on the class and even participate and do homework if I want to, however, auditing doesn't have a grade so I don't have to do homework if I don't want to.

We don't have an athletic center, but student center is very helpful and awesome. You have your space, or if you need help other students in your class or different field are willing to help you if they can. Libraries have computer, and book access that is very convienent for us here on our campus. Campus activities are very fun and joyful, and the staff makes everyone feel welcome and make us feel like all good close friends and a big family.

The experience at this school is was superb, and awesome. Staff, tutors, instructors, and also deans are all here for us to help us with class work, essays, etc. They are way understandable that we all have lifes, and that they will do what they can do to help us not fail class! Also they are flexible with the work if we communicate with our instructor and let him/her know what is going on.I've went to a different college for a semester and they just come and teach and leave us with homework and leave us on our own. Steven's Henager is more convienent for me in all ways! They make me feel welcome and care about me to succeed.

My on-line classes don't start til next module, so techanically i do not have a legit grade for that! But I have been told that people say it's awesome and teachers and instructors, etc. were awesome and helpful when needed assistance.

I like having the ability to use the computers in the computer lab. They were useful when I did not have my own computer and now I have my own computer, the wireless is fast and easy to access.

I like the way the classes are set up, from the 4 week course to the way the grades are done. It is all provided to us at the beginning of the module so we know what we expect for our grade.
The work load varies on the class that is being taken. Some classes require more than others and it is nice to balance the heavy workload with the light.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The financial aid process was an easy one. It did not require much on my part and I was able to hear back quickly what I qualified for.
I find it extremely useful I don't have to begin paying the loans back until after I graduate. This gives me time to apply for scholarships to reduce my out of pocket expenses.

I have enjoyed my experience with school so far. I have had no problems with the classes I am taking and I have the availability in going to my professors if I need help. I am satisfied with the college experience thus far.

College Sophomore 2013-07-15T17:40:32Z
The staff at this school has been some of the best that I have dealt with for a school.

Not sure as to how things work here yet as to just starting classes today July 15th.
College Sophomore 2013-07-15T17:38:23Z
This is the same response as previous not much experience due to just starting classes.
College Sophomore 2013-07-15T17:36:31Z
To be completely honest I have just started with Stevens-Henager so I have not had the chance to use the campus resources or the computer network. So I am not able to tell you if they are reliable at this time.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
When I went for my consultation, I did not know what I was doing. My recruiter and financial planner where very helpful. My financial planner helped me fill out all the paperwork and helped get it submitted. They are wonderful people.

As part of being an online student, each class we have an introduction we complete. I have noticed a very diverse group of ages, ethnicity, education levels and potential career goals. The individuals social difference, make for good discussion on how to manage time with school and family or with work, etc.
College Senior 2013-07-10T19:24:38Z
I love the online courses. It is very convenient for me to either attend a live session or view a recording later. I still feel I have plenty of work to enhance my college experience and to make it beneficial to my career.

It was frustrating to not have any of my previous credits transfer to them, however; I do understand some were older and didn't fit into the curriculum I am currently accomplishing.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
