The career services that are available on campus. The reason I really like these is because there are service for every individual's needs. For undergraduate and graduate students.

Four week easy A classes. Even the most stupid person on the face of the earth could complete one of their classes in less than a week. The only reason the courses are four weeks long is because that is the minimum time the college can get away with in being compliant with federal student loan and grant regulations.

Stevens Henager College provides a resource dubbed 'SHARC'. It is a pathetic resource filled mostly with links to free internet resources that cost the college nothing. Additionally, what library? What student center? You must be joking.

They provide a resource dubbed 'SHARC', Stevens Henager Accademic Resource Center. It is pathetic as it has two paid resources, Smart Thinking and ProQuest, but everything else is links to free internet resources; mostly Google.

Stevens Henager College used deceptive trade practices in duping me in to enrollment with their college. Additionally, their financial aid office committed fraud in processing my student loans and Pell Grant.
I was contacted by telephone from Stevens Henager College in late October of 2012 to consider enrollment in their online college. During my enrollment process I was repeatedly lied to by my admission adviser, his superior who claimed to be the manager of student financial aid and other school officials. Said prevarications included promises of being provided full eBooks and text books that I could download and text books that would be sent to me. Additionally, I was promised that I would have access to the colleges learning portal for life so that I would be able to come back and use the resources to help me 'brush up' later on the things I had learned while attending their college. Finally, I was promised a $3,500 rebate on my tuition upon completion of my third month of attendance with their college.
On January 15th, 2013, in response to a financial award letter I received on 1/14/2013 from the colleges financial aid department, I sent a letter to the colleges financial aid department requesting that they cease all activity in obtaining funding from federal student loans and a Pell grant.
On February 4th, 2013, the college withdrew funds from the US Treasury in the amount of approximately $7,500 without my authorization and in direct conflict with my demand that the college cease all activities in obtaining federal student loans and a Pell grant in my behalf. This is a violation of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 634, and constitutes theft.
On 3/19/2013, I sent an email to the college’s financial aid office asking them to return the aforementioned funds to the treasury department. The college replied very rudely informing me that they denied ever receiving my aforementioned letter to them, a fax and or email concerning the same. The college demanded that I provide proof that I sent the aforementioned letter. In response, I replied back to the college stating that I would initiate a lost letter claim the USPS and encouraged them to do the same.
Additionally, I conveyed to the college that regardless of whether or not they had received said letter, that their reply proved that they received a copy of the letter from the email they replied to. Therefore, under the aforementioned code of federal regulations, I further requested that they consider the letter they now admitted to have as a request to return my student loans and Pell grant back to the US treasury and or whatever source they received it from.
As of this date, my wife and I have sent several more emails to the college concerning the same, but they have never replied to us again. Both my wife and I called the college on numerous occasions and have repeatedly been told that there was no one available in their financial aid department to talk with us. On 2/25/2013 my wife called and asked to talk with the Director of the College. A man answered the phone and told her to "stop f-cking calling the school."
In March of 2013, I contacted several of my class mates to find out if they were experiencing similar problems with the school. Numerous people have told me that they were lied to by their admissions advisers during the enrollment process. One student told me that he was also promised a life time access to the learning portal for educational resources so that he could come back at later times to brush up on what he learned. He also told me that he was lied to about being provided eBooks and text books.
Additionally, another student informed me that she had been contacted by someone at the school claiming to be a compliance person who asked her if she would file a complaint against me for harassment for my contacting her by email asking her about her experiences with the school. She immediately told them that I had not been harassing her. The person she talked to became very belligerent with her and threatened to expel her from school if she did not cooperate with them.
Stevens Henager College is nasty organization to get involved with. If you are currently thinking about enrolling with these scumbags, do not do it. They will lie to you, rip you off and who knows what the heck they are doing with your personal and credit information. Stevens Henager College does not train their people for compliance with FERPA. Though federal FERPA regulations require the college to train their financial and records people for FERPA compliance, the administration of Stevens Henager College and their parent company

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I applied for Stevens-Henager online degree. Everyone that I have dealt with so far has been of the utmost help to me during the registration and the financial aid process. I even received an email from the Assoc Dean.
The tuition was explained very thoroughly to me before I had to sign any papers and they informed me where I could receive additional funding to help pay the cost.
I start classes on Monday and am very sure that I will be pleased with my decision.

The library and cafeteria both have computers for student use. There is free color printing in both locations which is really nice! Their wifi is really easy to connect to and is very fast. I've never had any issues with their network it's great!

Since I have not begun classes yet, I am not aware of any problems in any areas in the College. I feel though, that if there were any, that the school would be rapidly on top of it. It only makes sense that a school so devoted to excellence would make sure that all those systems needed for success would be functional.

Since I have not yet begun classes, I can only say what I have experienced while registering. The school is very flexible in forming a schedule that will work for you and your family and employment needs. The school will even help you find a job that fits your school schedule.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I was not familiar at all with the FASFA process so it was wonderful to have the expert help of the financial aid process at the school. They were very thourough in helping me fill all necessary paperwork and in finding all the funding available to me. I will have a loan to pay back after I graduate, but I realized I may have to do that to change my career path. I do feel that I am getting my money's worth. This is a life-changing opportunity that I did not believe I would ever have.

When you walk into Stevens-Henager you see a flow of students from all walks of life. No matter where their lives have taken them, they begin a new life as they come in through the doors of this marvelous school. My favorite part of the student body as I saw it, is that all students appear to come in the doors ready to learn and to work. Another surprising thing I noticed was that all the students were dressed appropiately and respectful of the school dress codes. The students seemed happy to follow the dress code. Though the students looked ready to work hard, they also appeared very happy to be at school.

There are times when the network goes down because of maintenance or other issues. It isn't too often, though, to really be a bother.

The flexibility at this college is one of the reasons why I feel like it is my dream school. I never have to worry about falling behind! Everything is catered to my needs and schedule.

There is a center for everything! Career help, resources to help you do research for papers, tutors for every class, and a center to turn in papers and homework for feedback. Absolutely perfect.

The unique thing about my school is that you can use e-books, can get extra credit without getting charged for it, you can get a tutor right when you ask for one, they have online schooling and online sessions that a student can listen to, my school also helps people get a good job after they graduated from college.

All networks have glitches, but this is one of the most reliable I have seen. Computer labs are run as classes or tutoring and available all the time. The speed and accessability is better than my own. Students can print only in the library, but hard copies are provided by the school when needed. A laptop is indispensible, but povided for all undergraduates.

My MBA program allows me to take classes I think I am deficient in as well as the set curriculum - I love working with international students. The school atmosphere is one of friendly helpfulness and continually adds resources to assist students. Basic courses are covered in exacting detail to provide solid foundations for the rest of the work. The workload in general is appropriate: it is definitely work, but not to the point of compromising my life. Job opportunities exist (I took advantage of one) and facillities are spacious.

Given that all instructors do not teach the same, I believe that they all are committed to providing the best education possible for anyone who desires. They are committed to enabling students to learn the material and pass their courses. Everyone at the college will do everything in their power to help students succeed including financial aid, supplies, accomodation of circumstances, job applicability of courses, and workload. I do wish there was a PhD program.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
They don't try and make sure you have all the scholarships you qualify for. I feel like a number and all they care about is the money. They value of the classes is not worth the money even tho the instructors are excellent.

I'm in web development ; and I've been very excited about the clubs and "1 on 1" nature of the classes! They don't add unrelated classes to your schedule and you can test out of classes if you already have the knowledge.

I haven't had a single problem yet, though some days seem kind of like you're being rushed out of the office. Still though, they answer all of your questions! Classes are flexible, and the teachers are friendly, REAL people instead of the stuffy fact listers that you sometimes get. :)

I've been very impressed with Stevens Henager thus far! they're very supportive and realistic about the job market before you even sign up for your classes. They're very thorough about making sure that your education choices are right for you and are very helpful when assisting you to find a new job.
