SUNY Fredonia offers three main options for on-campus transportation, the first being the Campus Community Bus, which transports students from campus to various locations around town. This is a great option for students who live in the downtown region of Fredonia because it allows them to avoid the long walk to campus that's especially harsh during the winter months. This service is also a great option for students who do not have a car available to them on campus.
Another transportation option is the Escort Bus, which picks up students from residence halls and parking lots, and drops them off at different buildings and locations around campus. This source of transportation is beloved by many students who get stuck parking their cars in parking lots that are far from the residence halls. The last transportation option is the Park and Ride shuttle, which picks up students from the Park and Ride parking lot and drives them to the Williams Center drop-off point. When students are done with their on-campus activities, the bus picks them up at the Williams Center and drives them back to their cars at the Park and Ride parking lot. This service allows students to skip the hassle of trying to find parking spots near the academic buildings. All students should take advantage of the transportation provided by SUNY Fredonia—not just because it's convenient, but also because every student pays for it in tuition.
