The professors always try their hardest to help you. The writing lab is a great place to get help on English and the math lab is good place to improve your skills in any math class.

I've only took one online class at fm. Overall it has been a pretty good experience, but I am more of a hands on learner and prefer the classroom.

The facilities are extremely nice! The cafe and raiders cove are brand new!! They have all sorts of snacks, drinks and food throughout the day. All printing is free, and great communication between students/teachers through the online angle program. Everything you need to be successful is at your fingertips

There is not a single time that I have had a problem with Internet access, printing or getting a computer in the lab. It's great, they have a quick print station so if you just need to print a quick paper before class it is available just for a print. Say you need to type a essay, the lab is always available to type and print anything you need.

Fm has some great facilities. They have a well put together gym and great staff. The raiders cove is a great place to hang out and is brand new! The cove is like a sports bar, without the alcohol of course. Fm also has a little cafe by the library that serves different coffee and assortments of breakfast in the morning and then also serves lunch in the afternoon, such a great place to hang between classes.

In my course, your just getting a general education. If you were to pick something that you want to major in like business or Early childhood education, the courses would give you a step by step guide to getting tour degree in that field.

There's about 10 students in my class, gives a lot of one on one time with the professor. I feel better working in a small group, i find it difficult to ask for help in a class with 20 or more students.

I'm currently enrolled in general studies, i'm still trying to determine what i want to do in terms of a major. In this time i'm taking different courses to determine what i'm most interested in, there's many choices but i have yet to find one that's just right for me

Personaly I just don't do well with 100% online because less resources are available to you.

The library has a resource data base which is nice but you need to be helped with on how to use because can be a bit confusing

The school starting the fall of 2012 had a bigger cafeteria put in and now has a new lounge spot for students to interact with one another. They have also been trying to have a lot more student activities around campus. The education part is very good all of the teachers that I have experienced have met the learning objectives and engaged with students in a way that is successful with students that have the willingness to learn and succeed. The also offer free tutoring and library help and services for free upon campus. In addition they have recently put new dorms in for future incomming students.

The resources here at FMCC are amazing. No matter where you go and ask for help someone is always willing to help, whether it is a teacher, staff member, or even a student! The Evans Library has tons of references for you to use and it also offers TRiO Lab, Math Lab, and the Writing Lab to help students at the college get the proper help they need (sometimes, depending on the time you visit these places, it is a 1 on 1!) How much better can things be? And to top it all of, it is all free for you to take advantage of.

I rate the online courses a B+ because, although I am not currently enrolled in one, I believe it is good in the way where you are given all homework assignments and have the availability to get ahead. I also gave it a B+ because you can't get the personal experience compared to someone who goes to class on campus. You also do not get the social aspect and group help like you would if you were to attend the campus directly.

My school offers countless opportunities for students, like myself, to get involved with the community. Not too long ago, just before Christmas, we took a mini field trip over to the local Liberty center to help people with disabilities make Christmas ornaments. Last year we started a garden where students again worked with Liberty members to plant vegetables and flowers. FMCC is always looking for new ways to help our local communities.

Our network here at Fulton-Montgomery CC works very well most times of the day, but sometimes during the common hours it tends to slow down because everyone is on it at the same time.

the math lab is awesome. I started the calculus course with a D. I went to the math lab regularly for help and ended up getting an A-!

I am a high school senior and have come to this college for my senior year. This college has helped me experience college while still living at home. I feel that this will help me to transition to a four year college away from home in the fall much easier.

The college offers the basic courses/majors and does have transportation buses for students but the school is more of a gateway to grander college. It's a good way to start when your like me and didn't have a clue of the directions she wanted to go but didn't want to stop her schooling completely. FMCC is affordable and has connections to great schools.

The computers are up to date and the school has become a pc and mac friendly environment. The problem is there usual a wait for a computer anytime after the morning. I personally bring my laptop due to the wait and I find the wireless internet for laptops to be fast. They have had only three major computer problems, this semester, which where fixed in the half hour of the problems happening.
College Senior 2013-01-10T17:39:18Z
The facilities are up to date with newer computer programs and a decent sized gym. The auditorium stage is small, but the stage equipment is all up to date. The campus has a few hang out spots such as a pool hall to relax in or a video gaming room. The college is in the middle of building a new lounge area to give students another way to escape the pressure of college on campus.

I have not taken an online course at Fulton Montgomery Community College, but I would consider taking one in the near future. Online courses are a nice addition for FMCC.

I am a human service major, and my program is quickly becoming popular. All of the classes that I have taken this semester help me with my major. I like taking all of these classes because I find them intriguing which is a big factor in helping me be more successful.

This school has taught me alot as far as helping prepare me later on in my career, the ratio to teacher to student is small , and its a very diverse school. The professors are very helpful for the most part, but at the end of the day you have to have your priorities in order before anyone can help you. The curriculum is not too much to handle, which is nice because if you have a job, you could still work and go to school. The class registration was such a hassle and tidious but the library is a great place to study.
