Well my classes are small so therefore i learn more easily that's one thing i like the teacher knows everyone's name and knows who they are, another thing will be that sometimes i email my teachers and they wont even look at their email and blame me for little things , like work i need to hand in which i do but not correctly sometimes because they don't answer their emails , its just some of them though .

I chose GCC because the college is close to home and there is flexible scheduling. So far I have found the online classes and night classes are fitting into my schedule easily while trying to juggle a full-time job and school.

I chose this school because it is small for a Community College. Staff is always there to help. Class rooms are small. Everyone in every department really wants you to succeed.

The main reason I chose this school was for the simple fact that I wanted a fresh start. Since I am from NYC, I wanted to go to a place that offered independence, as well as guidance in helping me for what I want to do with my life. The school academically is very well rounded and organized. Since this community college is smaller than some of the community colleges in NYC (such as BMCC) you are more likely to get better help, since their is better time management due to not being overflowed with students. However, the school is not so helpful in terms of extracurricular activity. Since I am the president of my school's Gay-Straight Alliance, I have come to realize that the school does not support individuality and equality. I would not recommend this school to someone who is of color, or who wants to be diverse. I feel as if the school is close-minded, and follows the status quo. I would only recommend this school to save money, and if it is convenient. Otherwise, I would recommended a four year school in the area, like Brockport or Geneseo.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
