Not bad. You can get where you want - just be sure to plan your trip out so you don't miss the last bus back to campus.

There are buses that drive all around campus and throughout town and to different towns they are all free and run every hour on the hour

Since it's a town, there has to be shuttle because not everyone drive although I see that most do.I'd say it's even better if anyone did because there's nothing close to the school except for a few shops and all the major retailers are a drive away. There's two shuttle buses, one around the town to stores like Walmart and then the other to Rochester where all the major shopping centers really are.

Around 40% of Geneseo students are from Long Island. Geneseo has several buses that travel all the way to Long Island and buses that travel to the nearest city, Rochester. One improvement they could make is adding a bus traveling to Buffalo. I hear many complaints from Buffalo kids that don't like walking to town to catch the bus.

The campus does provide a daily shuttle, but the times are awkward and not helpful, it also doesn't make many stops. There is a shuttle available into Rochester but again, awkward times and infrequent stops make it difficult to use. Supposedly there is a Hertz rent-a-car service, but upon looking this up, the cars are never available (unless you want to go somewhere between the hours of 12am and 4 am), and they cost about $60-70 for 4-5 hours.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
