Widespread Drug and Alcohol Use
The school does not do enough to enforce rules against drug and alcohol use especially alcohol use for people who are underage. There are common spots where people go to smoke weed, and on weekends people bring open containers of beer and alcohol onto the buses. Occasionally the police will make an example of someone but for the most part nothing is done. Many people smoke and drink here however there are also a lot of people who don't and there isn't a lot of pressure to do things that you don't want to.
