It's a bit windy, and it can be cold, but it's a really pretty campus, so you almost don't notice.

Most of the year the weather is pretty humid, but only moderately hot or moderately cold. There are however a few days a year of really hot or really cold weather.

Really mild winter. It can get wicket hot during the summer, but in general, its sunny and pleasant in the fall and spring.

Virginia gets something akin to monsoon season in April, so bring your umbrella. Also, it's been known to go from the 70s and 80s straight to snowing, so keep that in mind. Classes will generally get cancelled for two inches of snow, as Virginia doesn't seem to be too skilled at snow management, at least compared to the snowier areas of the country. Finally, although this isn't exactly weather, allergy season starts early, as in around March. Bring your allergy pills if you have any plant allergies.

Of course none of this is at fault of the college.
The weather, quite frankly, is sporadic. 47 and raining on Monday, 79 and a cloudless sky on Wednesday morning...followed by 3-7 inches of snow on Saturday.
Okay, I'm exaggerating, but ever so slightly. We really have had two weeks like that this semester.
The only issues with mother nature here are that it can be a pretty rigorous trek to get to classes in inclement weather, especially if you have to go to the art barn and don't have a car.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
