School Spirit
You cannot tell a Temple student that he or she doesn't attend the best college in Philly. Drexel students are a bunch of nerds, and UPenn students are snobs. As far as the other colleges go, they don't even get mentioned. Temple is very much full of school spirit. From the decorated dorm rooms of Temple paraphernalia to the painted bodies at games, Temple students are proud to be owls. Almost all students have a Temple sweatshirt, and some also even have a hat, folder, and sweatpants. This is definitely not the school for you if you can't see yourself loving the cherry and white colors.
Getting Tickets
For basketball tickets, Temple offers the best seats at a discount to a party of 10 or more. Everyone stands outside and waits until morning for tickets. This is our "March Madness." Otherwise, tickets are free, and sometimes you can get a coupon to invite another person. For more information, call (215) 204-8499.
