No Problem

Since I am entering into the graduate school, there are more opportunities for myself to get financial aid, and it is going to help my parents a lot. All you have to do is call the financial aid office, and they will help you no problem.

Be Patient!

The financial aid process at Temple is very time consuming. There is a long sequence of paperwork and a lot of people you have to talk to. It seems that people are constantly sending you to the next person because they do not want to deal with it. I guess that is what comes along with a school of 40,000 students. But I was offered a decent package so I cannot complain too much. Make sure to follow all deadlines and submit your FAFSA as soon as possible.

Financial Aid

The financial aid dept is really bad. When you call to speak to someone, you have to be on hold for at least 2 hours. When documents are faxed, it takes forever for it to be updated in the system. The process really needs to be improved
