The campus strictness at Texas State is pretty relaxed. As long as you aren't doing illegal acts, you won't really feel the pressure of the rules on campus.
Dorms are probably the strictest, but it depends on the dorm that you live in. Curfews are more for your own benefit than anything else, and no one will lock the dormitory door to keep you out (you are paying to live there, after all). Your RAs are pretty lenient, but, again, it depends on the dorm you are living in. Visitation rules tend to be pretty lax, as well. As long as you aren't being loud and disturbing other people, you will more or less be left alone.
