Just be sure to smoke it off of campus and not in your dorm room. You will get into substantially more trouble there than if you were off campus. TRUST me.

Nowadays, you can't really escape from hearing that someone has been smoking something. Texas State has been deemed the "party college" more than once. In fact, that is how it has been known for some time now. But you can easily see how the students balance their academic life with other "recreations" they take part in.

If you have an addiction problem with any type of drug, Texas State offers a drug counseling center where you can talk about your problem to a counselor or psychiatrist. There are also support groups you can join that include other students who are having the same issues as you. With these support groups, you can be there for each other as accountability partners or just some new friends to hang out with.
