I am a student at TTU and I also work for parking services. If you would read the signs, you could avoid getting a ticket on campus. We're not all bad. Imagine no structure in the parking system...it would be chaos. There are more than 30,000 students on campus, many with vehicles. If we didn't enforce, I promise that your frustration level would be higher. Try being nice to the parking guys, they can be a whole lot more helpful if you cooperate and may even be a bit lenient. Just READ THE SIGNS!!

Safe campus but not overly strict. Police understand college kids wanna have fun and try to allow that to happen in a safe and appropriate manner.
