There's a good variety on the daily-menu, with food from many different cultures and backgrounds. The specials tend to add a little twist to what is regular on the grill menu. The Den however, is very expensive and McCain Bon Appetite costs students a lot of their Coyote Cash, which is limited to begin with. Food on a whole is of good quality and the service which students receive at the dining halls is one of remarkable standard.

Good Food Often – Bon Appetit caters our cafeteria and supplies good food often. There is a large variety to eat, but often times it can feel repetitive when you want to try something new. There is always healthy options available when you want to watch what you eat, and if not, there's also grill food available. Overall, there is a consistent type of food available if you enjoy eating simiar meals often, and they have enough new food made often for those who want to try something new.

The Caf – The food in the Caf is very well prepared and the menu varies day to day. They try different ways of cooking which allows for a more diverse meal. They also have special menus for students with allergies to things such as glutten and lactose. There is also a very friendly staff that will greet you thoughout the entire meal process.

The Importance of Tvs – Simplot dining hall is the one and only dining hall on the campus. Before this fall semester started, CofI put a lot of money into rebuilding the hall. Now, it's got brand new paint, new floors, new plates, forks, spoons and knives. The only problem students have with the dining hall is that the huge plasma screen TVs were taken away because the faculty wanted students to "communicate more". That didn't last long; two weeks into the semester and we got our TVs back!
