There are no clubs around, and one bar. Very little around here to do.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:37:11Z
We experience all four seasons here. Super hot in the beginning, and gets cooler over time.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:36:03Z
Its a suburban town, so there isn't really much to do around here.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:34:18Z
I really enjoy my major - as long as you like what you're doing, you're fine.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:33:28Z
Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on campus.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:30:44Z
Financial aid is very simple, it gets added right to your bill.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:30:08Z
Sometimes a school just fits really well and no matter what you just love it.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:29:32Z
Freshmen do not have cars, but upperclassman can pay for a parking permit for their cars.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:28:31Z
The wifi here is not great, and most people have laptops. There are many computers around campus.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:27:19Z
Guys & Girls:
Some of the girls dress very nicely, but others dress more casually. Same with the boys too.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:25:26Z
The Greeks aren't treated special here, but there are a lot of people on campus involved in frats and sororities. They host parties, but so do sport teams, so you do not necessarily have to be in Greek life to get involved.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:23:10Z
There is one main dining hall with a few smaller places to eat. There is variety but sometimes gets repetitive.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:21:56Z
There is a bit of a walk to get to off-campus dining, but a pretty short drive. The cost is cheap and many offer discounts for students.
College Freshman 2013-12-04T05:20:37Z
The sport events are moderately attended and our teams are pretty good.
College Sophomore 2013-11-16T15:44:10Z
The libraries are great for studying
College Sophomore 2013-11-16T15:42:49Z
There is a wide variety of food options, however none of them are very good. The dining hall seems to believe that quantity is better than quality. Also, meal-equive should be throughout the day instead of just a couple hours a day which would alleviate crowded areas. Also, places to use points are usually expensive.
College Sophomore 2013-11-16T15:40:10Z
The wireless connection at TCNJ is not the greatest, the server goes in and out often and safe connect is a nuisance. The computers in the library are good, except you need your own computer because it can be hard to find a free computer at times.
College Freshman 2013-11-01T15:22:09Z
There is great diversity at TCNJ. People are very comfortable with being themselves and showing their beliefs and thoughts.
College Freshman 2013-11-01T15:20:26Z
There is not much peer pressure at this school, and the drug and alcohol scene is somewhat hidden because there are serious consequences if people get caught. Usage is pretty frequent as well. If you don't do drugs/ don't drink, people won't usually pressure you, and you can still have a very good social life.
College Freshman 2013-11-01T15:17:56Z
One campus dining is very good at TCNJ. The point system is straight forward, and depending on how often you go to other places on campus to eat other than the dining hall, you can adjust your point plan. The dining hall almost always has something to satisfy me because there are so many different choices. They are also very health oriented, and sometimes, they even have themed dinners. Some people get tired of it quickly, but it depends on your taste.
College Freshman 2013-11-01T15:14:32Z
For a freshman, the housing process is pretty straight forward. Everyone finds that they like their dorms/buildings the best, but the conditions of the rooms are pretty much the same even in different buildings. The buildings are themselves kind of old, but the quality is not so bad.
College Sophomore 2013-10-29T23:32:23Z
The drug scene at TCNJ is not really big, although it depends on who you hang out with.
College Sophomore 2013-10-29T23:31:39Z
Experience is not bad, but there are better schools.
College Sophomore 2013-10-29T23:31:01Z
Student life is like no other. The student center is very big and convenient for people to hang out in, and academic buildings are very nice.
College Sophomore 2013-10-29T23:29:18Z
Public transportation is pretty good but having a car on campus is very convenient.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
