They kept getting my balance wrong, and then charged a late fee.

There are plenty of computers in multiple locations for students to use, and the IT department does a fantastic job of keeping them clean and up to date with the latest software.

Health & Safety:
While NYC may seem intimidating to new students, the school has done a good job of making sure that student housing is in very safe areas. Your level of safety is very dependent on your own choices. There is no crime on campus that I have heard of.

New York City has an extreme variety of quality and price ranges. If money is not too big an issue than you will not have any problems finding a wonderful apartment. Apartment hunting on a budget, however, can be a bit troublesome. While living off campus will definitely save you money over living on campus, and is definitely doable, it will be a struggle to find a location that is close to school, affordable, and safe.

Academics are very important at Kings. They will also take time with their students.

There is a care with good beverages but okay food.

The weather is perfect hot and cold, sometimes it's warm with a nice breeze

The admissions team worked well with me. Their offered scholarships were clear cut and run smoothly. They did practically all of the legwork. That being said, there's a large lack of variety in regards to what you as a student can recieve. If you don't do well in what's offered, you won't get a whole bunch.

Being situated in New York City, students with cars are virtually non-existant. Instead, most kids use public transit like subways.

Guys & Girls:
Most of the guys and girls at King's are very nice and professional. I think there are many extremely attractive students (of both genders) but do know that most are at King's for academics.

I personally am not into the nightlife but I know that others are. This is New York City and anything you think of is there. If you're interested in the nightlife I'm sure you won't have a problem finding it.

I have yet to have an internship but I have no concerns about finding one. King's is in NYC and there are plenty out there. However internships are extremely competitive so one never knows if they will actually get it.

I love the Business program! The professors are awesome and leaders/innovators in their fields. They all try to get to know you personally and are always around if you need help.

No parking needed...We live in NYC, we take the subway or bike around.

Great! Housing on Wall Street, midtown, and clark street. I wish it was all near the campus (wallstreet/fidi)

It's good because of chipotle and au bon pain and starbucks

Love the salad bar and frozen yogurt. Also the diet soda selection.

New York has thousands of housing options. It's expensive, but cheaper than living on-campus. It can take some work to procure, but it's worth it.

A few club sports, but the teams are all pretty bad. I didn't play basketball because I wanted to focus on school.

Guys & Girls:
Almost everyone dresses well. Most people are smart and reasonable.

New York City is our campus. The students are left to fend for themselves to shop for grocerys and buy food. This teachers the student great financial maturity. There is also a cafe in our building that we share with other businesses on the third floor.

The drug scene is very minimal. I have heard of only one instance where a drug more destrcutive than marajuana was used. Students drink regardless of whether they are over or under the legal age. It is not extensive by any means. We have a code at our school called the honor code. Part of the role of the honor code that students should keep is to go to the brother or sister who might be using drugs or acohol illegally and ask them what's wrong and how they can help. Everyone has a story. The policy on these things is that if the student shows no intention of stopping after having been approached many times by students/faculty, they will be expelled from the school.

It was very easy to get into the program I'm in. There aren't very many majors, but I think they're very good if you like them. I'm a big fan of the core.

I was on campus at an abnormal time of the year, but there were always computers open in the library. Most students seem to buy both computers and printers, however.

Most dining at King's is off-campus. It's fairly expensive (at least to this Midwestern girl), but this is New York we're talking about. I've heard that people either learn to cook or eat out all the time. There's a cafeteria on site with food of varying levels of price and nutrition.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
