College Prowler Take
Towson has many more girls than guys. With this ratio, guys are granted many more options, and the girls tend to settle with what they can get. It is also clear that there are many more good-looking girls than guys on campus. As an incoming freshman, if dating is what you are looking for, beware: It is very rare to have a boyfriend or girlfriend freshman and sophomore year, but it does happen every now and then. In addition, the campus is clearly sexually promiscuous, as well, but the guys tend to get around a little more. Towson is fortunate to have great, fun, and cool guys and girls. Even though the ratio of guys to girls is beginning to level off a bit more, it still has a great effect on the opportunity pool. Since there are so few good-looking guys, the ones who are tend to become overly conceited. However, as always, there are some exceptions. Students Speak Out

Most of TU is from New York. Guys and girls are both really into pricey style. There is a lot of name dropping from both groups on clothes, handbags, cars, and more. Both guys and girls are hot because of this. |

The student body is mostly from the Northeast, especially Maryland, New York, and New Jersey, which bring some very good-looking people. One thing every girl discovers when she comes to Towson is that the boys are not that great, and the girls are definitely good-looking. There are some hot guys, but not many at all. Towson also has many more women than men. It is about seven girls to every three guys. That is so many more girls, which leaves me to wonder why more guys aren’t choosing to come to Towson. This is the school where you will find unattractive men with gorgeous girls. So, have fun, guys, and good luck, ladies. |

The dating scene tends not to be successful at Towson. Most students tend to have random hookups far more often.
Best Places to Meet Guys/Girls
CVP is a big hot spot for meeting people, especially during Lady’s Night Special on Wednesdays, where girls drink all night for just $5. Most of the bars and clubs in and around Towson are full of other college students, so meeting someone is not difficult.
Dress Code
Guys and girls tend to dress semi-casual for class—not too primped but not looking like they just rolled out of bed, either. It’s when they go out at night where they really amp it up. Basically, pretty much anything goes around here. No matter what your forte is (prep, goth, jock, Greek), you’ll find what you’re looking for at Towson.
