They do their best to take care of you

It is pretty strict but that doesn't bother me

I'm pursuing a Christian ministries degree at a Christian school. The department is great and the people are great

Professors - 4
Curriculum - 5
Registration - 3, but they are changing next semester so hopefully it will be better.

I love trevecca but the caf is amazingly bad. I don't think it should keep you from going to school here but just don't expect your mamas cooking

Don't have much of an opinion.

I mean, I am about 4 blocks from downtown Nashville. Can't complain.
College Freshman 2013-10-26T00:51:00Z
I like our dorm and the size is just perfect for me. We share bathrooms with the room next door so it is just 4 girls to a bathroom. I'm very grateful for that.

We don't have a lot of sports but we do have plenty of intramurals for people that don't want to play on varsity teams. The gym has a lot of great equipment that makes it easy for anyone to use.

Printing on campus is a confusing process. We apparently get charged to our accounts and have to sign into the printers but this was not explained to us up front.

There is not a lot of variety for those needing gluten free options, also the hours for dinning are not very useful if you have a night class or a late lunch hour "class". Hot food is only put out at certain times.
College Senior 2013-08-07T18:26:32Z
The area that is directly surrounding the campus isn't the safest. Some of the are affordable housing projects so college students wouldn't really apply for that.
College Senior 2013-08-07T18:21:48Z
The school is rather strict on drinking and drug use. It is a private christian school so a person should kind of know that already before walking in. Also they're curfew and room checks here so it's pretty important to be on campus when you're supposed to be.
College Senior 2013-08-07T18:07:01Z
The immediate area surrounding Trevecca is not exactly the "safest" ever but, it is located in Nashville TN! There is always something going on that people can do whether that be music or shopping wise there is plenty of opportunity to participate in a variety of activities.

The kitchen staff are nice, but not very helpful. They've needed to change food service for several years now. It's just not very good food. The options for people with allergies are very limited. It's also very hard to eat during dining hall hours. It really should be a 24 hour food service, but they only serve at specific meal times. If you have a class or other obligation, you're out of luck.

Though you have to get approved to live off campus, the housing is worth it. There are tons of nice apartment complexes close by and the freedom of not being under an RA is great.
College Junior 2013-07-28T18:21:48Z
Though sometimes slow, the computers are stocked with all the software you need, especially the music lab macs. The school has plenty of labs, there's ALWAYS multiple computers available.
College Junior 2013-07-28T18:17:09Z
Nashville weather is beautiful! It's still easy getting to class when it rains because the buildings are really close to each other.
College Junior 2013-07-28T18:14:41Z
Socially it's great to live on campus, but the housing needs some serious attention. Everything is old and breaking down. Even worse, they don't seem to be in any hurry to fix it.
College Senior 2013-07-23T04:36:19Z
Parking for the girl's is few and far between. The boys have a huge lot though.
College Senior 2013-07-23T04:34:19Z
Drugs and alcohol are not tolerated at this school. You would receive academic punishment, and would possibly be expelled if caught.

Sports are not really a big deal at Trevecca. Sometimes the athletes are the subject of many jokes around campus. The people on campus who have the most fans are the musicians.
Recent Alumnus 2013-07-16T04:10:06Z
People at Trevecca actually care about each other. They support and pray for each other and suffer through situations with them. Trevecca isn't a school; it's a community of people who love one another.

The facilities are mostly updated, although it takes sometimes an entire semester or longer to remodel a building or room (McClurkan, The Hub, etc.)
But all around, they are very nice and the cleaning staff does a very nice job of keeping everything kept up.
The live-on campus students are very close and involved with each other and there are usually several things to do on campus. The commuters try to stay as involved as possible.
College Senior 2013-07-02T00:01:18Z
The facilities are very clean and nice. The athletic center could use some work though. Athletes and students share the same workout gym so it can get pretty crowded at times. It is also very small and limited for such a well kept up school. The library is pretty big for the size of the school so there is plenty of room in there no matter what. There are some campus activities that are fun but that normally takes place the first week of school and after that its dead. Also most students go home or else where on the weekends so the campus is pretty much dead.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
