The school is not big enough and we do not have many classes to pick.

Made transferring from another technical college very pleasant after meeting with Mrs. Fuller. She was very helpful and considerate of my needs.

The computers are always working, and it takes only a few seconds to connect to the internet and find what you need. There is always a computer lab available and tutoring centers are always ready to help out with any thing.

All the resources are on the college website and if you look for it, it will be found. Our college also has places we can go to ask for help and the college library is the best place to find whatever you need.

Student body is open to the experience of college, and many of the students at Tri-County are Bridge Students to Clemson. They are mostly focused on studying and its not easy to find people available to for some things. But with the college work they can be helpful.

The campuses are great and even with so much traffic and students driving, I still can count on getting to class on time. Its clean and study friendly, might be great to get more quiet stops to study though. Overall its an awesome college!

I think they have good resources, but I do not go on campus so they are not helpful to me.

I think they have good resources, but I don't go on campus but one time a week so they are not valuable to me.

I take mostly online classes so the teachers are kind of slow to answer you back when you email them. But my class online is very helpful.

Tri County is very active in getting the students more aware of jobs, etc. and putting us on the road to success with continuing on after college and being successful.

I have not taken in any online courses here at tricounty yet. I took them at my last school and I think they are very practical just not for me. I rather be in a classroom with other students and a professor.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I am currently paying out of state tuition which is a huge difference than my previous tuition at a in state college. That has really been the main con to going to my school. However, I honestly feel like I am getting my moneys worth! I do get a little financial aid help..finally..It took me a couple of tries to get my paper work correct to receive my financial aid. My Financial aid pretty much covers my books, but every little bit counts. The professors and faculty at TriCounty make it worth it though with the effort and support they provide to each students individual goals.

The student body is very nice. I've never seen anyone be mean to another person on campus. There is a lot of diversity. I met people from a handful of different countries including England and Africa.

This college has many courses that will transfer to four-year institutions. This is very helpful and flexible for me.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The financial aid department was headed up by a man who seemed sick of his job. I did get the help I needed in the beginning, but it was a bit difficult. Now, there is a fresh set of people in that department and it seems they care more about helping the students get what they need. This is a big improvement.

The interface is user-friendly and the instructors are helpful. I thought at first I would not like it. All the online discussions kind of turned me off at first. Then, the more I did it the better I liked it. I like these classes because of the time management flexibility and the savings on automobile fuel.

There is really nothing special about Tri-County tech, theres no bus system, the parking is horrible and the stairs are killer. They have also cut the majority of their athletic programs down to pretty much only womens basketball.

the students at my school vary greatly, so there's no real standard of students to judge from. But most are fairly friendly and willing to talk to you, while others are older, or more reclusive.

The recourses on campus are usually very reliable, and available to students during a large portion of the day. Although theres no gym and the auditorium is quite small. I usually am comfortable with the surroundings. But the stairs, parking and hills are terror.

The computer network is usually in good shape. I don't run into problems very often, but when I do it usually takes a little while to be fixed. But not often longer than a day or so.

Taking an online course was a good experience for me. The class taught me how to manage my time so that I could not only get the work I needed for the class done, but also for other classes. The best part was not having to drive to school which saves money on gas. There wasn't a lot of peer-to-peer interaction in the class that I was in.

I have not had the need or desire to take part in campus life outside of receiving an education. Therefore it would not be fair for me to place a grade on this topic.
College Senior 2013-07-22T15:10:42Z
The computer networking, wireless access, computer labs, and network speed are very reliable. There is limited computer labs for the campus but many students have access to personal computers and/or tablets. Printing is 100% out of student pocket, however, the rates are very reasonable.
College Senior 2013-07-22T15:07:00Z
The campus is a local 2 year college. It's facilities and resources are about what one would expect.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
