Sports Are Not the Star

The basketball team get good support from the students when they have home games. You don't hear much about the other teams, but you hear around that they do good. The school spirit definitely needs to vamped up.

Get There Early or Walk Far

The parking a Trinity can trouble at times. Student have designated parking lots that they can stay in overnight. These are the Chapel lot, Cafe lot, and the Gym lot. All of them are the farthest away from the dorms. The seniors get a designated parking lot in the front of the school, and everyone is to fend for themselves after that. My friends and I have countless time failed to get a spot in either the Chapel or the Cafe lot and was forced go to the gym lot, which is the farthest from everything. Parking at Trinity is on a get there or walk really far basis.

Off-Campus Eating

Restaurants are a good distance away from the school. You definitely need a car to get to off-campus eateries. But, despite the distance there are some great restaurants off-campus. On Cicero Avenue and in a near town called Orland Park there are many place to dine. Both fine and casual. On Cicero there will be many fast food establishments, while Orland Park has many modern upscale as well as casual dining establishments. A perk to being a Trinity student is the discount that you receive from the local food establishments. The local pizza places give the students a ten percent discount off the total of their food. I love the environment around the Trinity campus both on and off campus. Since the places are a good distance away you save a good amount of money you would spend if they were closer.
