School Spirit
Through a combination of shared hardships, shared competition, and what cadets like to call "mandatory fun," the student body learns to compete and work with one another to achieve a common goal. They also realize the synergy of working together. The end result is that, if you take into consideration the fact that there are only 4,175 cadets at West Point, you can start to see why what this small number of people manage to accomplish is almost unfathomable.
