If you know someone you can fill out on the form there student id number. If not then you will be assigned

If you have a friend you know of you can request to have them as a roommate. They usually assign them to you though.

At UA when you select housing they ask if you want to room with a certain individual. But it has to be mutual meaning the person you want to room with also adds you to the list of people they want to room with.

You get to pick your roommate if you know their student ID but I think you have to do that when you apply for housing. Otherwise they will assign you one but make sure the roommate adds you as well.

WELL its a survey you take that puts you together with a person that fits your criteria. Unless you know a friend there already or a friend going then you can just put their name on the housing appilication.

You have the option to request a certain roommate but you can also decide to choose a random roommate so you can meet more people in the dorms.

If you know of someone that you would like to room with you can request to room with them, otherwise you will be assigned.
