I don't understand why the government gives money to some but not all students. I live at home with my parents, but I am a working student. It seems that the requirements don't coincide with my situation. I don't apply for financial aid each year because they've mostly turn me away when I've tried. I am hoping that I will receive aid this upcoming year now that my sister and I are both enrolled in college.

i recieved the aid i needed but the office does nothing more than serve as the universities bill collection service and there has been no talk between the office and the student with trying to make sure the students completely understand the process

Loans were approved. People in the office are helpful.

Since tuition is rising, i think you should look for grants and scholarships because financial aid take a long time to get processed.

In my first year at the University of Baltimore, I received scholarships for attending. To me it a easy process.
