Very difficult to find any free parking; always end up paying for it and it isn't exactly affordable if you were to take your car to school daily.

Most People Don't Have Cars – Since most people don't have cars since everyone uses public transportation since it's so great, parking really isn't an issue.

Parking at UBC everyday of a month will cost you a lot. It is unrealistic to buy an entire day parking ticket just so you can attend classes that are far apart.

UBC has some of the worst parking I've seen in my life. The administration absolutely hates parking. They have this idea that everyone is supposed to take public transport to get to school so that the campus can be more "environmentally friendly". Parking spots have been the target of new development for a while now and they are quickly going extinct. The parking that does exist is really expensive and you would really only want to use it once or twice...not on an everyday basis. Driving on campus is also hell...pedestrians have no regard for cars and you might literally end up waiting for a good 15 minutes at a cross walk waiting for people.

The parking permit per term is high in my opinion. There are a lot of parking lots in UBC, but you might have a hard time finding a spot if you start off late in the day.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
