Interviews & Information Sessions

There are no interviews conducted for prospective students. To schedule a group information session or tour, call (510) 642-5215 from 9 a.m.–4 p.m.

Campus Tours

Free 90-minute campus tours are held daily, seven days a week. Trained student guides who are knowledgeable about the Berkeley campus and student life at Cal lead these walking tours. You do not need to make a reservation if your party is fewer than ten people. Tours begin at 10 a.m., Monday through Friday, and depart from the Visitor Center at 101 University Hall, located at the corner of University Avenue and Oxford Street. These Monday through Friday tours are also followed by a 30-minute admissions presentation for prospective freshmen who have not yet applied to the University. Saturday and Sunday tours begin from the Campanile in the center of campus; Saturday tours begin at 10 a.m.; Sunday tours begin at 1 p.m
