Besides being pleased with the quality of the facilities, students are also grateful for the accessibility. The options are there and plentiful, and students are nothing but satisfied.

While UC Davis students enjoy many top-notch facilities, one establishment is particularly renowned. The Shields Library is one of the largest libraries nationwide. It provides a place for students to study (alone or with a study group), cram for midterms, and of course, sleep. With 3.24 million library volumes, Shields is a priceless resource for students to utilize for both academic reasons and leisurely reading.

We have a large array of student... We have a large array of student facilities on campus. We have this really huge recreation hall that’s open almost all the time with tons of athletic equipment, a pool, and even a rock-climbing wall. They hold some classes there as well.
