Unitrans

UCD offers Unitrans to all students. Unitrans is a bus system including in your tuition that frequently shuttles students to and from campus all over town. It is very convenient, accessible, and better then driving your own car.

Big Campus With Great Arboretum

This is the largest campus of all the UCs and leaves plenty of room for large grassy areas to take a nap, hang out, and play sports. There is a variety of trees and plants all over campus. The best variety is in the Arboretum where different plants from different regions are displayed. There is a nice path around the Arboretum where people can bike, run, or walk. You can also see a variety of creatures including, geese, ducks, lizards, squirrels, and even horses. It is the most peaceful and beautiful place on campus

BIKES

One of the nicest things about Davis is the bike culture. Biking gives the campus a certain energy that I love. Bike paths on campus are awesome and biking through the arboretum is always so nice.
