A Couple of Things Need to Be Improved

the wait for financial aid on the phone is long, and it is sometimes hard to reach a rep since they are not always available during office hours.

the amount of financial aid is pretty deficient for a 25 year old college student.

Scholarship Applications Are Too Obscure.

The financial aid office offers up a list of scholarships available to apply for but does not give any concrete details on how to apply to them or where to obtain application forms. The financial aid office is more helpful but direct contact with financial aid officers is made difficult by student officers that handle the front desks.
