Lots of choices, but the dorms are costly. UCLA is surrounded by apartments and the school even offers their own. There are Married Student Housing Units as well as Family units. There is a private bus that will take you there, since it is in the Mar Vista Area and not near campus. There is lots of bus service to UCLA, so you can save lots of money by living along one of the bus lines.
If you can afford to live on campus, you do get more of a social life.
