Why the terms soo short compared to other schools , in UCLA?

UCLA runs on the quarter system instead of the semester system. Quarters are shorter compared to semesters, but you can fit 3 quarters in a year instead of only 2 semesters. A benefit is that you can take more/a variety of classes, however the courses are accelerated.

ohhh , so iuts really just the same amount of time ? just split up differently?

generally, yes. they are just speeding up the length of each course, cramming information down your throat so you don't actually learn anything well, you just become a memorization machine for short term learning

it sucks.

so whys it one of the best colleges in the world???
