Dorm life is fun and convenient. The incoming freshmen get the most recently built dorms. The school is in the midst of building new dorm buildings. At this point they are looking gorgeous and modern. Housing programs are fun and informative. There are also ideal studying areas, as well as social areas in the campus housing areas.

There are many different types of off-campus housing available in Merced. You can choose to live close to campus or farther away. An apartment, house, town house, or condo are all very inexpensive.

Very Diverse

Growing up in a small town there was no diversity at all. On campus there is a large number of every race and religions. People are always polite and understanding about different religions and beliefs.
