Clubs and Organizations on Campus
Despite the encouragement to become more involved, only a small percentage of UCR students is active in any group. Honors generally has a high participation, as do fraternities and sororities. Lack of overall enthusiasm notwithstanding, clubs and organizations are plentiful, virtually of any kind and for anyone. New groups are not difficult to set up, though time-consuming, and require an appointment with a Student Org Network staff member, a constitution, and attendance at a registration workshop.
