Generally safe. But some parts of campus are deserted and feel unsafe, but for the most part nothing happens here.

It's La Jolla. It might seem unsafe or dark because most of the campus is in a forest but you are always safe. Besides there are blue boxes everywhere and escorts available if you leave the library late at night or something.
