Cabs Are Great – The Cabs in the UCF area have a deal with the university to use an ID card as a valid payment source. This is due to the price already being taken into our tuition cost.

Took a While, but Still Worked Out – I sent my FAFSA form back in June, and they claimed that they hadn't received it yet. However, they finally got it and cleared my record of it and got me the financial aid I needed.

Good School – UCF has a great learning environment and many academic and non-academic activities going on constantly. I feel UCF is too big. It is easy to get lost in the shuffle when trying to maintain relationships with professors, advisors, and even students. I love Orlando but in the future I would love to see the city and students show more unity and school pride.

A Great Memory – The dorms I stayed in were fantastic as a freshman in Sumter hall, they were set up in a format so that social interaction was very hard to miss. The space in the room was fine, cost wasn't the best but then again what dorm is?

The passing rate for the certification of nursing is 98% the first time, and 100% the second time. The professors are very helpful and care that you succeed and perform the the best of your ability. The nursing program at UCF also has several resources and the best technology advances to make sure the students here will become the best nurses they can be!

Limited, a Lot of Tickets Given, but Close. During fall semester the parking is very limited but most are very close. You do have to be careful where and when you park certain places though, the campus police are very strict.

Get to Know Your Professors – The professors at UCF are here to help you. They always have office hours, and answer e-mails immediatly. They want to build a relationship with you, and I would encourage getting to know them, it will help you in class. The classes at UCF can be very large, my history class has 250 kids in it, but the teacher is awesome, and after attending office hours, I know him on a personal basis, and am not one out of 250.

Guys & Girls:
Very Fun and Energetic – The guys and girls on campus are very fun and energetic, and many times you can see people riding around on campus with longboards, skateboards, and biking. There is even this kid that gets around on a unicycle. It is a fun campus overall, and the people here are great.
