Hot and Humid With a Chance of Thunder Storm. Prepare for stagnant hot moisture while walking across campus and bring an umbrella!

Easy, but Prepare for a GPA Drop in Life Sciences. I'm a biology major and I love it. However, the exams are not designed to test your grasp of concepts, but to test specific variables that seem inconsequential to such broad information. There are no essays, only exams.

Good Intentions – There is a lot of help offered at UCF, but exams given can prove study to be futile.

So far I don't regret it. After being an Art major wasn't working out, I made my original minor my major and I'm enjoying it for the most part so far.

Enthusiastic Teaching – Not all of my teachers have been amazing but I have had a few that have really stuck out in my mind and left and impact. Their love for their subject and teaching makes coming to class fun and exciting.

I haven't done one yet, but my adviser tells me that I really need to in order to get experience in the field. This will make it easier o find a job after graduation.

Relatively Easy – The hardest thing for me so far as a Marketing major has been getting through the pre-reqs for the College of Business. But once you finish those you are automatically admitted into the college and can officially declare your major within the College of Business.

DRUG COURSES – UCF makes every student take a course before they begin classes their first semester at UCF. They have to read and take quizzes on information regarding drugs and alcohol and how they are dealt with on campus.

The UCF football team is on the rise, but they have never been a major player in college football. Their other sports are not a big deal either.

Sometimes Difficult – While there are a lot of parking garages and lots available for students to park, some areas more than others are a lot more crowded during the day and it can be very difficult to park. For example, the garage by the gym is constantly packed and definitely could use a few more floors.

Upcoming Fame – UCF has an incredible variety of sports to offer, they even provide students the opportunity to become scuba certified if they sign up for classes. There is a field provided for every sport on campus, as well as a state of the art gym, which includes a lap pool and a climbing tower. There is also an entire ropes course which really can challenge a student's physical ability.

Endless Possibilities – Orlando is an unbelievably well-rounded city to be a part of. The options for entertainment range from thrilling theme parks to the downtown night life. Beyond that, Cocoa Beach is less than an hour drive, so students can spend the day in the sun. It is an amazing area to grow and expand as a college student and truly explore everything the city has to offer.

Not a Real Problem – The only time I have really seen the police in action are when there are traffic or parking violations. They have recently cracked down on drinking, but its mostly parking that they are very strict about.

Very Diverse – There are people from all over. I had never been around such diversity until attending UCF. My friends all have different religious beliefs, and are from different ethnic backgrounds.

Great Professors – I have yet to have a bad experience with a professor at UCF. They always seem to have my best interest in mind and really want me to excel.

So Much to Do – With Downtown Orlando and many theme parks such as Disney and Islands of Adventure there are always things to do nearby UCF campus.

Never Boring – There are plenty of options throughout the week when it comes to nightlife. Every night you can find a great drink special at any bar.

Even after paying nearly $200 for a annual decal, I find it nearly impossible to find a parking spot on campus. Often times I find myself circling the parking garages for a good 20 minutes before I ever find a spot.

New and Convenient for Freshman – Living on campus was a great experience. UCF has new dorms that are clean and safe. You will meet a ton of people and be in the center of all of the action if you live on campus as a freshman. After freshman year you will want to move off campus, but you will definitely miss out if you don't choose a dorm for your first year!

Health & Safety:
It's Ok. I have personally never felt unsafe on campus but I have a few friends and have heard some stories that have been a little scary. But as with any other city or large campus, you should never go anywhere alone or be anywhere that you do not feel comfortable. As long as you are smart about where and when you go places, and whom you go with i do not think you will have any safety issues! Just be smart!

Very Diverse – There are many different organizations on the UCF campus for a wide range of ethnic and religious backgrounds. Our SGA is comprised of many different types and races and does not discriminate. There are also many organizations, clubs, and fraternal and Panhellenic organizations that accept members of all types and even participate along with the DGC and NPHC organizations.

Greek life at UCF is a lot of fun to be a apart of but it isn't the same as it is in other schools. There is a growing number of students that participate within the greek community, but there is still a very large number that do not. Greek life is looked down upon heavily by administration and staff and they make it very difficult for us to be able to go out and have a good time with out being afraid that we will get in trouble just for being a part of an organization that is ultimately there to bring a positive light to the campus and participate in philanthropy. I feel that as the years progress this will diminish, but for now many organizations are being put on probation and punished for minor incidences that could be easily changed with out such drastic measures.

Same as the Nation – I dont feel like you can get a good education anywhere in the U.S. unless you really want to learn. Professors at UCF are not interested in helping so dont ask.

Guys & Girls:
How Do You Rate People? I dont know how to rate people and thats why i gave a N/A. There are hot girls but no more so than anywhere else. I dont know where they all go at the end of the night because they never seem to be in on campus housing. Perhaps sororities?

The Food Is Awful – I cant even say that the food is fine for college students. There used to be a Chic fil a but since that closed the best place to get food is...home? No good options.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
