Ucf has a huge student population and around peak class hours (12-4) parking is nearly impossible. you have to drive around in the garage and wait for someone to come up the stair and stalk them for their spot.

Guys & Girls:
Very Whatever – There are a lot of pretty girls and pretty hot guys at UCF, the school is huge though so there are a lot of very mediocre looking people too.

Pretty Diverse I Would Say. I am an engineering student and I suppose because of that there are a lot of Asian and Indian students in my classes. There might be a majority of Hispanics at the school in general because this is Florida.

Speech-Language Pathology – it's a very great place to study this field. the instructors are great. But as a grad student it becomes very expensive and not many scholarships are available to us, even with such shortage of SLPs in the country.

My major has it's own college and the administrators and counselors are very helpful with course selection, job search and etc. The professors are very knowledgeable and great at relaying the information.

I love UCF. It is the perfect environment where everything is no more than a 5 minute drive and there are 4 different malls within 20 minutes of driving. I rushed a sorority and it was the best decision ever. I have gotten so involved on my campus and I would do it exactly the same if I was given a chance to do it all over again.

UCF offers a wide variety of dinning options on camps. There's a subway and smoothie place in the gym. Theres a mexican food stand near the library. There's a cafe in the library and the bookstore. There's over 10 different restaurants to chose from in the student union including staples like burger king and sbarro, but also including 1 asian place, 1 sushi place, quadoba, smoothie king, a sports bar, greek food, and everything inbetween. Then there are two dining halls located on campus that offer great meals when taking advantage of the meal plan. Also, by the stadium there is a plaza on campus that offers a 24/7 dominos pizza, another asian restaurant, jimmy johns subs, and a frozen yogurt place. There are endless options on campus.

Could Have Been Better – I did not receive as much financial aid that I expected, however the process of getting what I did receive was very easy. They even deposited it straight into my bank account.

Health & Safety:
Defiantly Safe – At the University of Central Florida I always feel safe. They go out of the way to make sure students are safe by providing services like SEPS which will provide a walker to walk you from place to place from 7pm to 2am.

No Internership – I haven't had any internship as of yet but I would love to go to one. I am looking forward to the experience more than anything. Finding and internship is quite difficult because I do not know who to go to for one. I would love an internship would keep me in their office for at least an year and had me do things that an employee would do.

The weather in Florida is mostly sunny. I enjoy walking on campus because it's hardly ever a bad day to not walk.

Fast Food Chain – The food on campus gets boring after a while. It's all fast food and not necessary good for your health. They could have a wider variety and lower prices.

I've had perfectly fine social fun, and my classes are interesting and challenging, but the biggest problem here I have is the financial situation. Housing is very expensive and its extremely hard to get financial help here other than a couple small loans that don't cover much.

There are many different diverse races at UCF, and many clubs supporting different races and religions. Though usually the typical race to be seen is white.

The police on campus more readily give out tickets for speeding or J-walking. As for other observances, the campus cops take underage drinking and drug use pretty seriously. Aside from police, one constricting factor is the fact there is no WiFi allowed in some dorms, which for those living there is a huge pester and obstacle.

Near UCF, there are many dining venues within spitting distance from the main campus. Aside from normal chains and staples, the selection of food is quite good and well priced for a college town. A wide variety of types of food is available as well, though should be expected with a larger town. As for my personal opinion, the best deal for quality is Kyoto habachi lunches; they are delicious and cheap as well. For best pizza, one should visit Papa Gio's. Along with food, many resturaunts in the area hold daily specials, such as Moe's Mondays/Thursdays and Karaoke Tuesdays at Applebees, so with planning one's dollar can go further and experience more to do in the town.

Transporation on campus is good. The campus has a shuttle that can be used by all university student to get to and from school. They also have a lynx bus system that you can take to get to school. Finding parking is so-so and the cost to park is a bit to expensive for college students.
