Wireless Guest Network Is Spotty. Other than the wireless guest network being slow occasionally, I've got no qualms with the availability or efficiency of technology at the school.

Union Square – There are a lot of cheap and convenient places to eat around the university. The usual options are available, such as Subway, Taco Bell, Pita Pit, Chipolte, etc. There are also some restaurants that carry Mediterranean food, if you're into that. Hummus House and The Falafel Cafe are two that come to mind. Hummus House carries all homemade ingredients and is a quick, clean, and better maintained Pita Pit while Falafel Cafe is definitely a sit down restaurant with some fantastic vegetarian options.

English-Creative Writing – Getting into the Creative Writing program is as simple as saying you want to be in it. I wish it wasn't so. Even if you don't know basic rules of grammar (capitalization, indentation, etc.), you can get in, because nobody checks. You can also switch your major at any time without approval, for most majors.
So, easy of getting in? A+
Overall quality of the program because of ease? C
I'll just give it a B.

Easy to Find Aid – I had no problem getting everything paid for at UCF, between grants and scholarships. Especially if you're from Florida, it should be cake.
I've also never had any problems with the financial aid office, but I've heard complaints from others.

Wireless Everywhere – I bring my netbook to school with me, so I'm very big on wireless access. Pretty much anywhere you go in UCF will give you wireless, whether it's in class, or out in the breezeway, even in the parking lot! However, there have been times when the wireless was down in one spot or another.
If you come to the library early, you'll have no trouble nabbing a computer, but certain times in the day are crazy. And the free printing requires looong waits if you don't come really early.

It is mostly hot and sometimes it rains in the afternoons but it does not go to the extreme of not being about to get to and from the Campus.

There are a variety of places you could go to sink you teeth into some good cooking. There are a lot of fast food places like Mc Donalds and Burger king but there are also some restaurants like Red Lobster and TGI Fridays. If you don't want to eat but still have fun there are clubs like the Library close by to relax and enjoy yourself.

Hot Hot Hot – The weather in Orlando is super hot except from around November through January when it cools off a lot!

Eating Options in Orlando – The list of restaurants around campus in Orlando are endless! We have everything from Applebee's to Taco Bell to Kyoto's. It's awesome to have such a wide variety of both types of food and price ranges.

Off-Campus Convenience – Living off-campus is awesome! I love having my own "home" to come home to every day, my own room and bathroom, and own kitchen to cook in. The location of where I live is also great! I am right in between the large shopping center nearby and campus. There is also a shuttle system that runs from my place to campus and back so I never have to worry about parking on campus.

Zero Drugs – I have not seen drugs at UCF since I first transferred; that makes me feel secure.

What's up With Soccer? I have been to only 1 soccer game at UCF, and they lost by a huge difference to Tulsa that time. I love soccer and I am willing to support my school but come on, we need to improve.

Guys & Girls:
Mix of Everything – There are cute girls, but you also see girls that are nothing compared to that.

There are many different programs for academics offered at UCF. Many programs now offer doctorate degrees which makes it easier for undergraduates because they do not have to transfer schools as long as they get accepted into the program at UCF.

Golden Knights – UCF offers great facilities for the division 1 sports. There are also intermerial sports for regular students. The football games are always packed with students and our school spirit is great!

Wellness Center – The UCF Wellness Center is a state of the art facility. It is brand new and offers many different varieties and ways for students to work out. It can accommodate many students at once which is great because there are so many students that attend UCF. They offer fitness classes that are very popular and most of the time you can get right into them.

Drugs on Campus – BEcaus I am not really a drug person at all, I know a little about the drug scene on campus. I know a lot of the surrounding schools students engage in marijuana use so I wouldnt be surprised some of our students are doing the same or even harder drugs. The campus is a very large diverse campus so I wouldn't be surprised. Alcohol is prevalent. But other drug use isnt really talked much about besides the prevention of it.

Greek life is what you expect it to be. Social organizations that make people fit in, or connect and network withing there career choice. It is not as hype as the movies describe Greek life. But I believe it is a great way to keep people connected outside of the classroom.

With our campus being a large university population wise, the diversity is extreme. You can always find someone different and learn something new by walking the grounds of the campus. So many shades of skin color and different expressions of who people are individually. So many religions and nationalities. I would so UCF is the most diverse university in the state of Florida if not nationwide.

UCF is the best school in the country. I have never been happier than when I chose to go here and I would do it again in a heartbeat. If there were a grade higher than A+ then UCF would get it hands down. Great social life, academics and athletics makes for one amazing college experience.

Does Not Apply to Me – I do not have a car so I am not sure as to how the parking situation is.

Rosen College of Hospitality Management – I'm in the Rosen College of Hospitality Management and I am extremely satisfied with my education thus far. Orlando is the perfect place for my major and there are countless internship opportunities in the area. The professors are very knowledgable and helpful and I have learned a lot of things in my short time being here. I look forward to getting as much out of this program as I can, including a career at some point down the line.

Florida Family – I think what sets UCF apart from any other school isnt the hype of our football team being so amazing, it is a plus now that they are pretty dang great. BUT the central florida community is very close and i feel like ucf doesnt have the different stereotypes that every other school has. We're a family, the knight family.

Average Scene – As it is a tough transition from high school into college, "the real world," the peer pressure is pretty high. Drugs arent such a problem as drinking is. But it is the student's choice... not like it is a problem with the university not putting enough enforement in fighting the battle of alcohol.

Knight Worthy – The athletics at my school is great. Student involvement is always out there, they try and include you every possible way they can. School spirit, fan support, and team performance alone is an A+++! GO KNIGHTS!
