Plenty of Options – There are lots of computer and printer options at our school. Not all of them are the newest tech, but all are working and make printing and getting on a computer simple and quick.

Greek life at UCF is like anything I've ever been exposed to. There are so many different counsils. For example Pan-hellenic and Nation Pan-hellenic counsil. Pan-hellenic is geared more towards the caucasion raise, but not limited to that specific race. Nation Pan-hellenic is geared more toward African Americans and the Hispanic races. Greek life is a major part of campus. They are the students that really give back and put on events for their fellow students. Greeks students are considered just like everyone else at UCF, depending on the attitude of an individual. The only housing available for UCF greeks are those who are apart o fthe Pan-hellenic counsil. They are totally amazing houses!

Facilities on campus are fantastic! The student union is a great place to be from day to day. Its pratically a one stop shop. Students have access to a computer lab that allows free printing. Athletic centers are open almost every hour of the day. The campus activities are beyond words! UCF is all about academics but the school never forgets to have fun. There is always some going on around campus.

Health & Safety:
I have never felt unsafe on the University of Central Florida's campus. If there is ever a threat, it comes directly to my cell phone alert or warning. Campus security is very dependable and are great at responding to every situation.

Not Too Bad – Central Florida has an interesting amount of activities both on and off-campus, though none of which really impart particular interest to me. There is a good deal more smoking, drinking, and partying than I was lead to believe. Overall though, I would say the people in general are extremely nice, the professors and staff are super helpful and excellent at teaching, and the ease of moving around campus can be enjoyable.

Cost and Convenience – The cost for a permit, and then to renew said permit, is a bit over-priced in my view. Roughly $100 for a permit that must be renewed every 3 semesters to allow you access to almost no parking space. In the early mornings, parking is usually generous. However, anytime after 11am, and you will almost never find a reasonable parking spot.

Total Melting Pot – UCF has the most diverse population I have ever seen.

Populated, Busy, Large – Orlando is home to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and lots of other lesser known attractions. That alone makes it a highly populated area. If you don't like big cities, don't move to Orlando. That said, it isn't a walking city. You will need a car. Plenty to do here in Orange County. A- simply because of the traffic.

Be Prepared – In order to receive your financial aid you need to make sure that you have EVERYTHING ! check on the website as well to see the other forms that you would need to turn in.

Process Has Been Very Smooth – I have had no problem with the financial aid process, it has been very touch and go. I have filled my application and just waited for the results. There were a couple of forms that were a little complicated but if there was a problem I would just call the school office and they would help me.

Being in my major at school is a pleasure. We are surrounded by others in our same career so we all relate and we all help each other. Our professors have office hours to help us and we go to them for any class questions and also for academic advice on things like how to study for their class. I have been informed about events that pertain to my major and career that occur in school. I am satisfied with my education to this point.

Why Would I Choose My School Again If I Could Do It All Over Again? I have had an awesome experience at UCF!!! The instructors are very helpful, countless networking opportunities are presented, and interesting campus events. I could not have chosen a better school than UCF!

Health & Safety:
Personal Safety – I feel unsafe at the University of Central Florida, because I have ran into so many people on campus that do not attend or work there. They are simply walking around roaming the campus.

Party Time – There are numerous of things to do at night. We have plenty of clubs and bars open for college students. Most are no cover till a certain time and some are no cover at all. I can transportation is good because since everything so close most students walk to and from the club. Not saying that it is safe but most walk.

Food Food and More Food – There are a number of places to eat around campus. We have millions of plaza's filled with restaurants. Applebees, Chillis, TGI Fridays, Jimmy Johns, and ColdStone just to name a few. You can never go hungry living in the UCF community if your on campus or off campus there are plenty of varieties offered for you.

Health Care Administration – The curriculum for Health Care Administration is amazing. I feel I am learning so much in this field. Most of my classes focus on the elderly and I enjoy it because I feel everyone should be educated on the care and views of the elderly. Unfortunately most of my classes are online but that does not hinder me from learning. I feel I am learning the basics needed to be an administrator at a health care facility. I appreciate UCF for the opportunity.

UCF is very well known for our state of the art wellness center (gym). The gym offers every type of class, a rock wall, a track, indoor swimming pool, etc. The library is a very popular area to study, the higher the fool you travel, the quiter it gets. The student union offers many services from different cuisines, free scantrons, SGA office, all the way to a printing lab. UCF offers many daily activites to students including classes, volunteer opportunities, and meeting to help create resumes or cope with college stress.

Well, arriving 30 minutes early to a class still might not help you find an adequate spot in a timely fashion. They do have shuttles to transport you from far away parking locations, so that somewhat compensates.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
