Guys & Girls:
Beautiful people, and very nice. Everyone is so kind! Everyone is out to extend a helping hand, and as far as social events go, there is always something going on at ucf! It's like a little town on it's own!

Rain Rain Go Away – The Sunshine State is not as sunny as people would think. There are showers everyday, and is absolutely muggy. The weather is not the best during the summer.

Drugs Are Bad – The visibility of drugs and/or alcohol usage is barely visible on campus. There are not much problem with the abuse of drug and alcohol usage. The police force are also active in preventing underage drinking and drug usage. If there is news the campus will hear about it and report it through the campus newsletter online received by each student, helping them be aware of their surroundings.

Community as a Whole – University of Central Florida focuses on diversity as one of the main structure of its educational pillars. The amount of student from different backgrounds of life is widely varied. in my own little world i accumulated friends who are of different ethnicity but i never imagined that there is much more diverse group of individuals out there. University of Central Florida is widening my view of the world and getting me ready for the real experience of the country.

I think it is ridiculous to have a limit on the book voucher and I have to pay out of pocket for my books even if I have financial aid

The recreation and wellness center at UCF is amazing. There is an indoor rock wall, two floors of every kind of workout equipment and two pools. There are also workout classes for students to sign up for.

Health & Safety:
It's Alright, Walk Around at Night. The University of Central Florida has provided a sense of security to all of their students. There are campus police patrolling at all times from as far as I can tell. The school has also provided it's students with emergency phones throughout campus. If a problem ever arises all one would have to do is pick up the phone to be connected with someone to assist them.

The Home of the Mouse We All Know and Love – Orlando is the town that is known for Disney World. However, living and attending school here has opened my eyes to much more than that. I have discovered a variety of interesting attractions and people. If the United States is the melting pot of the world, Orlando must be the melting pot of the country. At any given time you can find a wide variety of ethnic foods, numerous hospitable accommodations to rest your head at night, and enough shopping, theme parks, museums, and shows to fill every moment of your day. Whether you are going on vacation or looking for a place to call home, Orlando, Florida is just the place you have been looking for!

School Spirit! What I love most about UCF is the school spirit. Everyone unites when it comes to school spirit. It's a great feeling that everyone has in common.

Business Isn't Boring! Many people think majoring in business is boring, but UCF makes it interesting. I am aiming to go into the marketing industry, which is a creative field. My professors really help me capture my creativity.

Many Clubs Close by – There are many student clubs across from the University, and near campus. Although the better clubs are located in downtown Orlando. Transportation is sometimes an issue.

Professors Interested in Students' Learning – While some of the professors in my undegrad general classes were nothing special, once I got into my major I was very impressed with the desire of the professors to help their students. They know the subjects they teach exceptionally well and are experts in the field. Also, many of the facilities are new and have updated technology

The financial aid process in this school is beyond difficult to obtain as they did not assist me whatsoever in the financial aid process and just gave me the run around on what I need to do that I already knew needed to be done. It has been proven statistically wise that my school is the hardest school to receive financial aid from due to their directors being the hardest board to crack. As of today I STILL do not receive financial aid! Its beyond ridiculous how they treat you and how they do not help ANY student out

There are an abundant amount of computer labs throughout UCF that are both beneficial to the students and faculty. There are 2 main computer labs that the student body use and that is the printing labs that allow each and every student to print 40 pages per day instead of wasting their own ink at home. I have yet to see or hear another university allowing those services to there students. The internet throughout the entire campus is relatively fast and can be connected anywhere throughout the campus. The computers that most students use are the ones located in the library that can just about anything and can be used by any student enrolled in the school. They are very beneficial to us students especially when we have major projects to do for our courses. They also just installed these new computers that appear like a t.v. so more than 5 people can use it all at once so we can be able to have more computer availability for other students

But I do hear great things about it. For example I hear that after you pledge into a sorority or fraternity you have great connections for jobs afterward.

Finding parking is very difficult on campus. It is almost easier to park off-campus and walk the twenty minutes across the campus to class.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
