Guys & Girls:
Most of the people at the school are good looking, well groomed, and dress nicely. There's a lot of social events and people are very friendly.

It was a straightforward and typical admission process. I think that the best things to keep in mind would be to keep your grades high if you're thinking about going into a Letters & Arts degree since there's a lot of competition in this area it's important to distinguish yourself from the crowd. Also start looking into relevant volunteer work or clubs related to your major.

I would like to do an internship since that would make me a better candidate for employment and help me learn more. I know there are a lot of research assistant positions open for students here.

The weather is difficult to forecast, especially in this area. However I think there are better solutions to closing the campus in inclement weather. It seems like so far the system is just set up for an early morning or nothing cancellation method and that doesn't work well here since sometimes it can get a lot worse or better by afternoon. I know that after the campus has already been declared closed that it would be very difficult to reopen, my biggest complaint is when I feel like I am endangering myself and others by coming to class when the campus has been kept open in horrible conditions.

Don't know and don't care, like much of the campus.

In the green area of the campus. It is moving toward being more sustainable every year. And as of now is easily one of if not the most in CO.

It is colorado. Colorado Springs is quite religious. People aren't outright rude. Just opinionated.

The shuttles are hit and miss, and public transportation in this city is fairly slim anyways.
College Junior 2013-11-06T07:20:28Z
Most of the housing in close proximity to campus is full, be prepared to drive 10 minutes or so.

Transferring here was a great decision, close to home, great environment, and decently challenging academics.
College Junior 2013-11-06T07:18:04Z
It can get windy walking from class to class. Classes are not cancelled often, even if weather is "poor."

If you live on campus, having a laptop is not an absolutely necessity, but would be helpful. There are computer labs in nearly every building, and wifi is available everywhere.
College Junior 2013-11-06T07:14:00Z
The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
College Junior 2013-11-06T07:13:12Z
All of the professors are knowledgeable and accessible.

Everything is fairly average. It is really no different than any other school.
College Junior 2013-11-06T07:09:17Z
As a commuter, I do not eat on campus. At all. However, I have heard that the main food is quite average, and that the other options can be a bit pricey.

If you commute, like the majority of Campus, it is always hard to find a spot. Be prepared to drive around for a while.
College Junior 2013-11-06T07:03:57Z
Fairly average for their division and size.

There's a decent variety but could be healthier.
College Junior 2013-11-02T02:06:18Z
This could definitely improve.
College Junior 2013-11-02T02:05:10Z
The only thing I feel that needs improvement is facilities for strength and conditioning. Staff is awesome
