The shuttles are hit and miss, and public transportation in this city is fairly slim anyways.

It is pretty solid, but could be better

While the busses run quite often, there is nowhere to park. Coming to campus is a nightmare, and just because you bought a parking pass doesn't mean you'll have a spot. Why? Because they sell 2.5 passes per spot. On top of that, campus is on a giant hill isolated from everything else. You can park in the neighborhood across the street but there's rarely spaces there, either. One thing the campus does have going for it is an escort service.

Parking permits are expensive, and parking spaces very limited. There's free parking and a shuttle, but it's some distance away and takes about 40 minutes. Parking there is limited, too. Super inconvenient.

There is a free shuttle that stops at various locations around campus. It runs about every 10 or 15 minutes. It's super helpful if you need to park in the free parking lots and ride up to campus. Sometimes, depending on where you need to go and if the bus is late or not, it's quicker to walk. But generally it's very helpful.
