Brown Street

The University of Dayton is a relatively small university and for this reason, the off-campus dining is also relatively small. We have a specific strip called Brown Street that provides an array of different foods depending upon your interests. I am a regular on Brown Street and have no complaints about any of the businesses. Brown Street has seen significant expansion over the past few years and I am excited to see what's next.

Excellent Program

At the University of Dayton, the instructors are very knowledgeable and in some cases have first hand experience with law enforcement in the real world. The criminal justice program here has taught me a lot of information that will be vital for me to find success in this career field. Although many people would disagree, I tend to feel that this major does not provide me enough challenge; however, I also feel that this allows me the opportunity to absorb the information better rather than struggling to remember information. Overall, I would recommend this curriculum to any incoming freshman.

Criminal Justice and Psychology

As a criminal justice and psychology major at the University of Dayton I feel that I will be better equipped for the real world than the majority of graduates in this field from other universities. The University of Dayton has a staff of well educated and influential members when it comes to law enforcement studies. I have become more eager to begin a career in this field as I have progressed through my college career. I do not feel that I will struggle to gain employment once I have graduated. I am currently in Army officer training and I feel that this experience with my college degree will make be a well equipped member of the law enforcement field. I would not change anything about my choice to study in this field.
