Bar parties, sponsored by Greeks, usually draw a sizable crowd of Greeks and non-Greeks alike. Most bar parties are held at well-known bars downtown or near campus. Other student organizations and clubs throw parties occasionally, but they don’t publicize them as much to those outside the club.
