The University tries to make it easy, too, with two huge career fairs each year for all majors and smaller ones throughout the fall and spring semesters for specific fields. Hit the career fairs at the O’Connell Center and at your respective college within the University. The companies are there to hire, so make good use of the opportunity. Many students go before they’re actually ready to take a job to see how they stack up against the rest of the professional and pre-professional world.
