More Announcements Would Be Nice.

There are a good amount of scholarships at UH Manoa, but there are rarely any announcements for them. This makes the scholarships hard to find, and discourages students from applying.

Meets Expectations, but There Is Room for Improvement.

University of Hawaii at Manoa has a lot of variety when it comes to choosing classes. The teachers are very friendly and willing to help, and they know their subject well. The only down side is that there is a large amount of students in each class, so you rarely get any one on one time with them, which could impair your understanding of the subject.

Diverse Should UH Manoa's Middle Name

In terms of ethnic/racial diversity, economic background, and religion UH Manoa is extremely diverse. Walk around campus for 10 minutes and talk to random people, chances are you have met several African-Americans, Asian-Americans, Hawaiians, Caucasians, Polynesians, and so on who identify as Buddhist, Christian, Mormon, Catholic, Taoist, and more. UH Manoa is truly a diverse place of learning with many different types of people from all over.
