The weather differs, but classes are rarely canceled because alot of students stay on campus.

University of Indianapolis is different because it is a smaller school so it is a lot like a high school but has everything a normal college would.

University of Indianapolis' is a 100% dry campus. We do not tolerate any kind of drinking whether you are of legal age or not. The university really tries to be strict on real world situations such as parking in a non-designated area, they will give you a ticket and will keep record on it and if you do not pay your fine, you are not able to create a schedule for the next semister. They really try to be strict so that we can get the best education as possible.

University of Indianapolis' campus is beautiful and very welcoming. Every week the school has people cut the grass, trim the trees, water the flowers and much, much more. The staff is awesome, they take just as much care of taking care of the campus as everyone else and really enjoy spending time with they're students.

Being in Indiana, the weather changes all the time. You always have to be prepared for rain, snow, ice, etc. One of the positive aspected about our school is that they are very flexible and will cancel classes if the weather is too much to handle. The school tries to keep the sidewalks clean so no one is struggling to get to class.

Guys & Girls:
All of the students that go to UIndy are mostly friendly. You seldom have to worry about altercations.

The weather in Indiana isn't to popular. One day it may snow and then the next its 70 degrees outside.

The majority of the campus is caucasian and affluent. There is very little diversity in religion or background.

It is always beautiful and the landscaping is fantastic.

No Greek programs exist at University of Indianapolis

The strictness at uindy is pretty good, you have a certian number of classes you can miss before you have to drop out of the class. and for the teachers they want you to get all your work turned in on time.

There are some very nice houses and apartments that are walking distance away from campus. The cost is alittle bit high for a college students, but the places are really nice.
College Sophomore 2013-07-07T17:19:28Z

I love the Facilities at Uindy, they are always clean and welcoming. My favorirte building is probably the library. When you walk in you feel so comfotable and welcome. There are alot of tables you can sit at to study and alot of places where you can have a group study with out interuping anyone elses studies. Each building at Uindy has a warm feeling, becuase of the staff and the students. I really like the campus life.

I feel like there are alot of talented people at Uindy. And it really shows when we play a sport. The Students want to cheer on our sports teams and they want to get involved. The teams have a very good attitude about the game and they feel confident in going into a challenge. I know that Uindy is not very popular in sports but that doesnt stop us from being great. Uindy is a very athletic university.

There is no traditional Greek Life. There are a few academic organizations you can be nominated into but there is no "real" Greek Life.

They give very generous scholarships. I had applied and I had just a 3.4 GPA and I got a much better scholarship from them than i've gotten from anyone else.

We have an excellent nursing program, but there is some disorganization, especially as the program expands and new faculty is added. This can be very annoying, but the professor work very hard to make it a great experience.

The campus is beautiful, but the university is quickly outgrowing the food services.

The campus policies are in place to protect its student, and these policies are strict. If you're going to do illegal activities, find a place off campus to do them. There is zero tolerance for drug use. Alcohol violations increase in severity and can result in fines, alcohol classes, and withdrawal from the university.

The university makes truly makes an effort to bring in diverse, interesting speakers, activities, and events. Attendance at such activities after the first year isn't as good, but first year students really benefit from these activities.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
