Drinking

There is a slight drug scene on campus, mainly pills to keep you awake and more focused as well as cigarettes. Drinking is a much more popular activity but it is punished severely when caught drinking underage.

Parking

Parking SUCKSSS and this is coming from a non-driver. You really do not need a car unless you commute but even then people use the metro and bus so yeah. You have to be willing to get to campus early for the best parking or you will end up walking further than needed to class.

Meh

Greek life is not huge at the U. Because of the rich Miami nightlife, frat parties are not a huge component of the social scene. Greek life seems to be more of a status thing and a lot of the people do fit the negative stereotypes people usually have about Greek life, but then again some people are the total opposite. It really is no big deal if you go Greek here or not because there are so many other things to do.
